George L. Bondar, DO
Colonel George L. Bondar, board certified Dermatologist, is retired from the Air Force where he was the mobilization assistant to the Commander, 59th Medical Wing, Air Education and Training Command, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
Colonel Bondar was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He graduated from The University of Saskatchewan in 1975. Prior to entering medical school, Colonel Bondar was employed as an in-house engineering management consultant for the Corporation of the City of Calgary and also as a university lecturer in business administration. He completed medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship and residency in dermatology were completed at Deaconess Medical Center, St. Louis, Mo. This was followed by a dermatologic surgery fellowship at the Stough Clinic in Hot Springs, Ark. Colonel Bondar also completed a preventive medicine-occupational/ environmental residency at the Graduate School of Public Health, University of Pittsburgh and a family practice residency a Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, Ohio.
Colonel Bondar entered the Air Force as a general medical officer via direct civilian appointment in 1989 at the 911th Tactical Airlift Group Clinic, 911th Tactical Airlift Group, Pittsburgh International Airport, Pa. He volunteered for active duty during the Persian Gulf War and served as the squadron medical element flight surgeon with the 328th Tactical Airlift Squadron, 914th Tactical Airlift Group, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Base, N.Y. As a traditional reservist, he served the 914th Airlift Wing as squadron medical element flight surgeon; chief, aeromedical services; special assistant to wing commander-medical services; and during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom as expeditionary medical group commander, Seeb North, Air Base, Oman. Colonel Bondar deployed to the Balkans on numerous occasions in support of Operations Provide Promise, Joint Guard and Joint Forge. He is the first Air Force Reserve flight surgeon graduate of the Advanced Airlift Training and Tactics Course.

Ronald E, Perrott, MD
Ronald E. Perrott, MD, is a board certified dermatologist with a certification in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He is a natural born Floridian, born in Winter Park and raised in Clearwater. Dr. Perrot received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Duke University and in 1999, his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he graduated first in his class.
Dr. Perrott completed his Dermatology residency in 2003. During medical school, he was awarded numerous awards of excellence in biochemistry, medical microbiology and immunology and general and systemic pathophysiology. In 1999, he was elected President of Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society.
In 2003 Dr. Perrott joined the Dermatology clinic at the Bardmoor facility and Suncoast Skin Solutions is proud to have him as a highly qualified member of our team.
On a personal note, Dr. Perrot has a wonderful wife of 28 years and two beautiful teenage daughters who love to challenge him with an afternoon soccer game. He spends his free time cheering for his daughter’s soccer teams, paddle boarding, golfing, running and training. Dr. Perrott is definitely a dedicated family man and brings that sense of family when treating his patients.
Michelle L. Jordan, PA-C
Michelle Lynne Jordan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida in Biomedical Science. In 2007, Michelle received the Dean’s Award as the Valedictorian of the Physician Assistant Program Class of 2007 from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida.
Upon graduation, Michelle joined The Dermatology Clinic team. She is a member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy Physician Assistants, and the Dermatology Physician Assistants Journal Club of Tampa Bay.
Michelle enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, and is an avid distance runner. She has completed five Marathons, and three sprint Triathlons within three years. Suncoast Skin Solutions proudly welcomes Michelle to the Team.
Julie Posada, PA-C
Julie Posada completed her undergraduate studies in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and continued on to graduate from the University of Florida Physician Assistant Program in 2012. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Julie worked as a medical assistant in a dermatology office in Gainesville. This was where she discovered her love for dermatology.
Julie joined Suncoast Skin Solutions to work as a Physician Assistant in 2013. Julie is Director At Large for the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and an active member of the Dermatology Physician Assistant Journal Club of Tampa Bay and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Her areas of specialty are skin cancer, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, and eczema. Julie is half Colombian, half Ecuadorian and speaks fluent Spanish. She was born, raised and still lives in Clearwater where she enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé. When not working, you may find Julie attending one of her favorite spin classes. Julie is a bunny lover and misses her long time friend Chiqui.
Aubrey A. Phillips, PA-C
Aubrey completed her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at the University of South Florida and continued on to graduate from the Barry University Physician Assistant Program in 2007. Prior to joining The Dermatology Clinic and subsequently Suncoast Skin Solutions, Aubrey worked in both family medicine and dermatology clinics and brings to us a well rounded and comprehensive approach to both skin health and overall patient wellness.
Aubrey was born and raised in the Clearwater/Seminole area and is a true native Floridian. She is passionate about nutraceuticals and overall personal health and well-being. She spends her free time learning, studying and reading about how to apply her knowledge to her patients. Aubrey considers her Chihuahua mix, Simba, her furry son and along with her family and friends, is the most important thing in her life. She enjoys traveling, going to the beach (with sunscreen, of course) cooking and decorating her new home.
